Island Gray Fox (Urocyon littoralis)


Chordata > Mammalia > Carnivora > Canidae


Very similar to the mainland Gray Fox, but about half as large and the ranges of the two species don't overlap. Occurs only on the Channel Islands (1) Rare and endangered, though some populations are recovering (2)
