Pacific Littleneck Clam (Leukoma staminea)

Mollusca > Bivalvia > Veneridae

Similar to the introduced Japanese Littleneck Clam, but can be distinguished by the presence of fine teeth on the ventral margin and a mostly clean white underside (the underside of the Japanese Littleneck is stained purple).
