Black Scavenger Fly (unidentified)

Twelve species have been recorded from California: Archisepsis ecalcarata, Decachaetophora aeneipes, Saltella sphondylii, Sepsis biflexuosa, Sepsis flavimana, Sepsis luteipes, Sepsis neglecta, Sepsis neocynipsea, Sepsis punctum, Sepsis secunda, Themira minor, & Themira putris. All of these species excluding Sepsis luteipes are illustrated at Sepsidnet.
